When Grief Meets Growth

I recently had the honor of sitting on a panel with Barbara Field to talk about something that touches us all, grief. And honestly, it was one of the most powerful experiences I’ve had in a while.
I’ve watched Barbara’s panels and felt deeply moved by the way she holds space for people’s pain and healing. So, when I was invited to sit beside her and two of my favorite hypnotherapist colleagues to contribute to the conversation, it felt like a full-circle moment. And such a privilege.
We talked about the kind of grief that’s obvious. And the kind that isn’t. The quiet grief of losing parts of ourselves. Of growing through hard seasons. Of becoming someone new and not quite recognizing yourself yet.
I see this kind of grief all the time with the clients that I work with. We don’t always have the space or the permission to acknowledge it. And that’s why I do this work. That’s why I hold space the way I do. Because you deserve to feel seen, especially when you’re holding it all together on the outside and unraveling a little on the inside.
Whether you’re grieving, growing, or just figuring it out one day at a time, you're not alone. And I’m so glad you’re here. I encourage you to watch the recordings of the grief panel. You’ll hear honest, heartfelt stories and reflections that might just offer the insight or comfort you or someone you know might been needing.
