My Story
I discovered hypnotherapy during one of the most challenging chapters of my life—after undergoing brain surgery. While healing physically, I faced overwhelming anxiety, depression, and intense sensory overload. Traditional approaches didn’t fully reach the part of me that was struggling the most—until I found hypnotherapy.

What started as a personal healing journey quickly became a calling.
