Hypnotic Happy Hour - What is it?

Updated: Mar 31

What is it?

It’s an opportunity to relax your mind and release what no longer serves you. This group experience allows you to create balance to your life, lower your heart rate and calm your nervous system. Hypnotherapy and sound healing will reduce your stress and anxiety, improve your sleep, create a deep sense of well-being, and promote healing that goes well beyond simple relaxation. In hypnosis, your inner mind is more open to change to positive thoughts and desires.

This low-key, gentle Hypnotic Happy Hour is your perfect introduction to the benefits of hypnosis.

First time or curious what hypnosis is all about?

Hypnosis is a natural state we put ourselves in several times a day, while we’re waking up. going to sleep, and those moments in between when we lose track of time. This is when your mind is relaxed. In this setting your mind can relax even a bit more. Hypnosis is actually the heightened state of awareness so you can hear everything, respond and move. Hypnotic Happy Hour is similar to guided meditation, but with a direct goal, which is balance.

Yoga mats and bolster pillows are provided. Give yourself this time to reset and balance. There’s nothing you have to do but show up for yourself!
