Pregnancy Support

Starting a family can be one of life's milestones. It can also come with some challenges.

Hypnotherapy can support all stages of pregnancy. With the mind-body connection, hypnotherapy can reduce stress or anxiousness, increase restful sleep, as well as creating an environment for physical, mental and emotional wellness.

The mind and body are one, working together. When we believe in ourselves, the body responds on a physiological level. This means a positive mindset can be life-changing. This support can be for all involved.

When you get support for your mental health and emotional wellbeing alongside trying to conceive, it makes a radical difference to every aspect of your life.

You have the energy and capacity to cope through whatever happens.

Your relationships improve.

You learn skills that will last through the next chapters of your life.

Essential Key Hypnotherapy

What can hypnotherapy help with?

Fertility

The physical well-being is tied to emotional well-being, and I take into account all of the challenges clients may be facing. Diagnosis, treatment and the inevitable "waiting game" that can impact the emotional well-being of to-be parents and those closest to them.

Because the mind exerts a strong influence on the body, by harnessing its power you work with your body to nurture a positive mindset.

I’m here to support and guide you – as an individual or as a couple – out of these challenging moments and through a powerful journey of healing.

Pregnancy

Thoughts affect the body on every level-including the hormones that regulate all body systems. Developing a positive mindset during pregnancy, is where the power lies. Hypnotherapy can prepare both body and mind for a happy and healthy pregnancy.

Learn techniques to specifically tune into your mind and body during different stages of pregnancy. These can include breath work, relaxation and visualization, as well nurturing mindset exercises.

Labor and Delivery

While pregnancy and delivery are something many people look forward to, the actual process of giving birth can bring on different emotions. Hypnotic coaching teaches relaxation techniques that soften the body during childbirth. For some moms, this can help turn attention away from the intensity of labor, making the experience more positive and less frightening.

Preparing ahead of giving birth, pregnant women can train their brains to elicit a deep relaxation response on demand. The mind/body connection can shift the birthing paradigm.

Enter labor with tangible tools and working knowledge of what your body can do. The effect that hypnotic coaching has after giving birth is also incredibly important. When a person feels supported and empowered they tend to have an easier postpartum recovery and a positive birth memory.

Adversities

Complications of pregnancy include physical and mental conditions that affect the health of the pregnant or postpartum person, their baby, or both. Physical and mental conditions that can lead to complications may start before, during, or after pregnancy. It’s very important for anyone who may become pregnant to get mental health care before, during, and after pregnancy to lower the risk of pregnancy complications. It can be challenging to be faced with special circumstances during pregnancy.

Surviving the emotional impact of pregnancy loss is possible. By working together, I can take you from this feeling of emotional overwhelm and pain, to a positive place where you can feel peace and empowered to start living and enjoying life again.

Please don't suffer in silence. Let me support and guide you through a journey of powerful healing and life empowerment.

"I wanted to express how thankful I am for your help and guidance to get to this point in life for me. I truly believe I wouldn't be 9 months pregnant without working on myself with you through hypnotherapy. You are a one of a kind human. Thank you!"
